Ekrivo Terms

Use of the service

Ekrivo is a tool for sending compatible media that you are authorized to play to a receiver you control.

Content and restrictions

You are responsible for the content you select and for complying with applicable law and the terms of the websites you visit. Ekrivo does not bypass DRM, paid access controls or security protections.

Compatibility

Playback depends on the source, format, codec, network and receiver. Ekrivo does not guarantee that every website or media stream will work.

Your files and network

With your permission, Ekrivo reads your photo and video library to show recent media. You can also choose individual files using system pickers or share them with Ekrivo. Only the content you choose to cast is served to your receiver. Casting requires a compatible receiver and network connection. When the phone relays a local file or compatible web stream, it must remain available on the network. Network or provider charges may apply. Ekrivo does not supply the content you cast or grant rights to third-party material.

Third-party services

Websites, media providers, Google Play services and Cast receivers have their own terms and privacy practices. Ekrivo is an independent application and is not endorsed by Google or by the websites you open. Chromecast and Google TV are trademarks of Google LLC.

Updates and your rights

Features and compatibility may change with app updates, Android updates and changes made by third-party providers. The effective date identifies the current version of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law gives you and that cannot be excluded or restricted by agreement.
